Treat your mother this Mothering Sunday to a three-course lunch served in our stunning Orangery, surrounded by the beautiful grounds full of Spring flowers.

The whole family can enjoy the wonderful blend of our relaxed and intimate atmosphere and famed hospitality.

Cleatham Hall also has a fully licensed bar, and comprehensive wine list, so you can accompany your meal with your mum's favourite tipple.

Starters

Parsnip soup with curry oil and coriander crème fraiche

Chargrilled baby leeks, crispy deep fried hens egg, parmesan shavings and truffle oil

Ballotine of wild boar, guinea fowl, green peppercorns and prosciutto, purple celery and Dijon mustard dressing

 

Main Course

Roast topside of beef with Yorkshire pudding, horseradish sauce and Jus

Roast tenderloin of pork with apple sauce, crackling, apricot raisin and sausage meat stuffing

Root vegetable and shallot tart tatin with vegetable unami

Pan fried salmon with peas and chorizo cream

All served with buttered mashed potatoes, rosemary and thyme roast potatoes and a panache of spring vegetables

 

Desserts

Rhubarb and custard panna cotta with ginger crumble and rhubarb syrup

Sticky toffee pudding with caramel sauce and vanilla ice cream

Chocolate tart with berries and raspberry sorbet
