£49.95 per person with the opportunity to treat yourselves further by spending the night in one of our luxurious bedroom suites at a special 10% discount off standard rates.

Red Pepper Puree with goats cheese amuse bouche

 

Mustard encrusted carpaccio of beef with frisee, gorgonzola and walnut dressing

(v - Wild Mushroom Fricasse)

 

Blue swimming crab, crème fraiche, sweetcorn panna cotta, heirloom tomatoes, crispy prosciutto and preserved lemons

(v - barley, spelt and butternut squash risotto with Parmesan and truffle oil)

 

Lamb two ways. Braised shoulder, pan seared rump, butternut squash puree, fine beans, crispy shallots and lamb sauce

(v - Root Vegetable Tart Tartin)

 Crème brulée

 Mango, Passionfruit and mint pavlova
